Thwaites says prodigal won't win it for Seaga
By Rayon Dyer, Freelance Writer

BLACK RIVER, St. Elizabeth:
FORMER MEMBER of Parliament for Central Kingston, Ronald Thwaites, said that the return of Bruce Golding to the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) will not prevent a fourth term for the People's National Party (PNP).

Speaking at a PNP meeting at Mountainside Square in South West St. Elizabeth on Saturday, he said, "nothing is free, anywhere... So we say to Seaga go away with your business of free education."

Mr. Thwaites added that, "The two most important things for our people are education and job creation and the People's National Party is committed to this."

Mr. Thwaites told party supporters at the meeting that the PNP knows how to deliver land, housing, electricity, water and a first class health care.

"The PNP has nothing to be ashamed of; instead, we have everything to be proud of, based on what we have done for the people of this country and we can say it loud and clear that our achievement is unbeatable," said the former MP.
